Refund policy

At Tree Defender, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items, we maintain a limited return window.

Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and not installed
• Item must be in original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery by logging into your account and submitting a return request on your order. 

Non-Returnable Items
• Used or installed products
• Items returned after the 3-day window
• Items damaged due to improper use or installation

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at info@thetreedefender.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
