Product Disclaimer & Use Policy
Tree Defender products are designed to help protect trees and plants from pests and environmental exposure during early growth stages. While our products have shown strong real-world results, proper installation, use, and environmental conditions all play an important role in overall performance.
Proper Installation Required
For best results, Tree Defender must be installed according to the provided instructions. This includes proper staking, securing the top wrap, and fitting the cover as close to the ground as possible to help minimize exposure. For potted plants, the cover should also be properly secured around the base of the pot to help reduce gaps and uncovered areas.
Improper installation, gaps, or unsecured areas may reduce effectiveness.
Tree Defender is not responsible for:
• Plant loss, damage, or disease
• Crop yield or fruit production outcomes
• Damage resulting from improper installation or use
• Environmental factors including weather, pests, soil conditions, or other external factors
By purchasing and using Tree Defender products, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
